•If you wish to Exchange the merchandise purchased online, you may do so in a period no later than 7 days from the day of purchase (exchange must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
• The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
•No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

You will be required to resend the Item(s) back to us with reference to the order number received.
2. REPACK MERCHANDISE
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Invoice are included with your return shipment.

Products purchased on sale are not exchange please make sure you select your proper size and color. However these products can be exchanged depending on the availablity.
